I messaged customer service about my order and waited forever for a reply. When they finally got back to me, it was brief and not very useful.
I had to keep chasing, and still felt ignored. For a shop like this, basic support shouldn’t be hard. I won’t be ordering again.

I had a feeling the promo code might be too good to be true, and sure enough, it never worked for me at checkout. I tried it a few times, but it just wouldn’t apply

"Not convinced it was genuine"
I ordered from nugnes1920.com, and when the item showed up, something just felt off. The packaging didn’t look quite right, and a few little details were different from the same brand items I already own.
I contacted support to ask about authenticity, but the response didn’t really put my mind at ease. it felt like way too much effort on my part just to get a straight answer, and even then it seemed like they were more interested in wrapping up the issue quickly.
Maybe I just had bad luck, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering from them again. At this price, I shouldn’t have to chase people around or inspect everything so closely just to feel confident it’s legit
"Delivery took way too long"
My order took much longer to arrive than it should have, and I barely got any clear updates along the way. it feels wrong to leave customers waiting without proper communication. If this is how they handle shipping, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I expected a better brand selection on nugnes1920.com, but it felt limited. A bunch of the brands I usually check for weren’t there, and even the ones they did carry didn’t have many items or sizes available.
The selection also felt kind of random to me, like there were a few nice pieces mixed in with stuff I wouldn’t really bother looking at. For a luxury site, I thought there’d be way more to choose from, so I ended up leaving without buying anything

"Shopping on this site was way harder than it should be"
I tried shopping on this site how is this okay? The pages were loading super slowly, the filters kept resetting for no reason, and the mobile menu was just messy. I felt like I had to click around forever just to find basic stuff like sizes. After a while, I got frustrated and gave up without buying anything. Definitely not a great shopping experience.

"The extra fees really put me off"
I ordered from nugnes1920 and then got surprised with international duties and taxes after the fact. Maybe it was mentioned somewhere in the fine print, or maybe I just missed it, but it definitely wasn’t obvious to me when I was checking out. It ended up costing way more than I thought it would, and it kind of ruined the whole purchase. I probably won’t order again because dealing with unexpected fees like that is just too frustrating

I was disappointed. It felt cheap as soon as I picked it up, and for what I paid, I expected a lot better. Seems like every time something is priced like this, the quality never actually matches it. Definitely didn’t feel worth the money.

I have mixed feelings about this order. The item did eventually show up, which I’m glad about, but the delivery process was a mess. It arrived way later than promised, the tracking barely updated, and every time I contacted support they just told me to wait. Maybe it was a one-off issue, but it was way more stressful than it needed to be, so I’m not sure I’d order from here again.
